608 ERROR_DEVICE_DOES_NOT_EXIST The device does not exist.

611 ERROR_ROUTE_NOT_AVAILABLE The route is not available.

613 ERROR_INVALID_COMPRESSION Invalid compression is specified.

disconnecting.

618 ERROR_PORT_NOT_OPEN The port is not open.

619 ERROR_PORT_DISCONNECTED The port is disconnected.

620 ERROR_NO_ENDPOINTS There are no endpoints.

621 ERROR_CANNOT_OPEN_PHONEBOOK Cannot open the phone book file.

622 ERROR_CANNOT_LOAD_PHONEBOOK Cannot load the phone book file.

623 ERROR_CANNOT_FIND_PHONEBOOK Cannot find the phone book entry.

630 ERROR_HARDWARE_FAILURE The port is disconnected due to a
hardware failure.

631 ERROR_USER_DISCONNECTION The port is disconnected by the
user.

632 ERROR_INVALID_SIZE The structure size is incorrect.

633 ERROR_PORT_NOT_AVAILABLE The port is already in use or is
not configured for Remote Access
dial out.

634 ERROR_CANNOT_PROJECT_CLIENT Cannot register your computer on
the remote network.

635 ERROR_UNKNOWN There is an unknown error.

636 ERROR_WRONG_DEVICE_ATTACHED The wrong device is attached to
the port.

637 ERROR_BAD_STRING The string could not be
converted.

638 ERROR_REQUEST_TIMEOUT The request has timed out.

639 ERROR_CANNOT_GET_LANA There is no asynchronous net
available.

640 ERROR_NETBIOS_ERROR A Net BIOS error has occurred.

641 ERROR_SERVER_OUT_OF_RESOURCES The server cannot allocate
Net BIOS resources needed to
support the client.

642 ERROR_NAME_EXISTS_ON_NET One of your Net BIOS names is
already registered on the remote
network.

643 ERROR_SERVER_GENERAL_NET_FAILURE A network adapter at the server
is not working.

644 WARNING_MSG_ALIAS_NOT_ADDED You do not receive network
message pop-ups.

645 ERROR_AUTH_INTERNAL There is an internal
authentication error.

646 ERROR_RESTRICTED_LOGON_HOURS The account is not permitted to
logon at this time of day.

647 ERROR_ACCT_DISABLED The account is disabled.

648 ERROR_PASSWD_EXPIRED The password has expired.

649 ERROR_NO_DIALIN_PERMISSION The account does not have Remote
Access permission.

650 ERROR_SERVER_NOT_RESPONDING The Remote Access server is not
responding.

651 ERROR_FROM_DEVICE Your modem (or other connecting
device) has reported an error.

652 ERROR_UNRECOGNIZED_RESPONSE There is an unrecognized response
from the device.

653 ERROR_MACRO_NOT_FOUND A macro required by the device
is not found in the <device>.INF
file section.

654 ERROR_MACRO_NOT_DEFINED A command or response in the
<device>.INF file section refers
to an undefined macro.

655 ERROR_MESSAGE_MACRO_NOT_FOUND The Message macro is not found
in the <device>.INF file section.

656 ERROR_DEFAULTOFF_MACRO_NOT_FOUND The Defaultoff macro in the
<device>.INF file section
contains an undefined macro.

657 ERROR_FILE_COULD_NOT_BE_OPENED The <device>.INF file could not
be opened.

658 ERROR_DEVICENAME_TOO_LONG The device name in the
<device>.INF or the <media>.INI
file is too long.

659 ERROR_DEVICENAME_NOT_FOUND The <media>.INI file refers to an
unknown device name.

660 ERROR_NO_RESPONSES The <device>.INF file contains no
responses for the command.

661 ERROR_NO_COMMAND_FOUND The <device>.INF file is missing
a command.

662 ERROR_WRONG_KEY_SPECIFIED The macro you are using is not
listed in the <device>.INF file.

663 ERROR_UNKNOWN_DEVICE_TYPE The <media>.INI file refers to an
unknown device type.

664 ERROR_ALLOCATING_MEMORY Cannot allocate memory.

665 ERROR_PORT_NOT_CONFIGURED The port is not configured for
Remote Access.

666 ERROR_DEVICE_NOT_READY Your modem (or other connecting
device) is not functioning.

667 ERROR_READING_INI_FILE Cannot read the <media>.INI file.

668 ERROR_NO_CONNECTION There is no connection.

669 ERROR_BAD_USAGE_IN_INI_FILE The usage parameter in the
<media>.INI file is invalid.

670 ERROR_READING_SECTIONNAME Cannot read the section name from
the <media>.INI file.

671 ERROR_READING_DEVICETYPE Cannot read the device type from
the <media>.INI file.

672 ERROR_READING_DEVICENAME Cannot read the device name from
the <media>.INI file.

673 ERROR_READING_USAGE Cannot read the usage from the
<media>.INI file.

674 ERROR_READING_MAXCONNECTBPS Cannot read the maximum
connection BPS rate from the
<media>.INI file.

675 ERROR_READING_MAXCARRIERBPS Cannot read the maximum carrier

676 ERROR_LINE_BUSY The line is busy.

677 ERROR_VOICE_ANSWER A voice line is answering instead
of a modem.

678 ERROR_NO_ANSWER There is no answer.

679 ERROR_NO_CARRIER Cannot detect carrier.

680 ERROR_NO_DIALTONE There is no dial tone.

681 ERROR_IN_COMMAND There is a general error reported
by a device.

699 ERROR_RECV_BUF_FULL The device response is causing a
buffer overflow.

700 ERROR_CMD_TOO_LONG The expanded command in the
<device>.INF file is too long.

701 ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_BPS The device moved to a BPS rate is
not supported by the COM driver.

702 ERROR_UNEXPECTED_RESPONSE A device response is received
although it is not expected.

703 ERROR_INTERACTIVE_MODE

704 ERROR_BAD_CALLBACK_NUMBER

705 ERROR_INVALID_AUTH_STATE

706 ERROR_WRITING_INITBPS

707 ERROR_X25_DIAGNOSTIC There is an X.25 diagnostic
indication.

708 ERROR_ACCT_EXPIRED The account has expired.

709 ERROR_CHANGING_PASSWORD There is an error changing the
password on the domain. The
password may be too short or may
match a previously used password.

710 ERROR_OVERRUN A serial overrun error is
detected while the modem is
communicating.

711 ERROR_RASMAN_CANNOT_INITIALIZE There is a RasMan initialization
failure. Check the event log.

712 ERROR_BIPLEX_PORT_NOT_AVAILABLE A Biplex port is initializing.
Wait a few seconds and redial.

713 ERROR_NO_ACTIVE_ISDN_LINES No active ISDN lines are
available.

714 ERROR_NO_ISDN_CHANNELS_AVAILABLE No ISDN channels are available
to make the call.

715 ERROR_TOO_MANY_LINE_ERRORS Too many errors are occurring
because of poor phone line
quality.

716 ERROR_IP_CONFIGURATION The Remote Access IP
configuration is not usable.

717 ERROR_NO_IP_ADDRESSES No IP addresses are available in
the static pool of Remote Access
IP addresses.

718 ERROR_PPP_TIMEOUT The connection is timing out
waiting for a valid response from
the remote PPP peer.

719 ERROR_PPP_REMOTE_TERMINATED PPP is terminated by the remote
computer.

720 ERROR_PPP_NO_PROTOCOLS_CONFIGURED There are no PPP control
protocols configured.

721 ERROR_PPP_NO_RESPONSE The remote PPP peer is not
responding.

722 ERROR_PPP_INVALID_PACKET The PPP packet is invalid.

723 ERROR_PHONE_NUMBER_TOO_LONG The phone number including the
prefix and suffix is too long.

724 ERROR_IPXCP_NO_DIALOUT_CONFIGURED The IPX protocol cannot dial-out
on the port because the machine
is an IPX router.

725 ERROR_IPXCP_NO_DIALIN_CONFIGURED The IPX protocol cannot dial
into the port because the IPX
router is not installed.

726 ERROR_IPXCP_DIALOUT_ALREADY_ACTIVE The IPX protocol cannot be used
to dial out from more than one
port at a time.

727 ERROR_ACCESSING_TCPCFGDLL Cannot access the Tcpcfg.dll
file.

728 ERROR_NO_IP_RAS_ADAPTER Cannot find an IP adapter bound
to Remote Access.

729 ERROR_SLIP_REQUIRES_IP SLIP cannot be used unless the
IP protocol is installed.

730 ERROR_PROJECTION_NOT_COMPLETE Computer registration is not
complete.

731 ERROR_PROTOCOL_NOT_CONFIGURED The protocol is not configured.

732 ERROR_PPP_NOT_CONVERGING The PPP negotiation is not
converging.

733 ERROR_PPP_CP_REJECTED The PPP control protocol for
this network protocol is not
available on the server.

734 ERROR_PPP_LCP_TERMINATED The PPP link control protocol
is terminated.

735 ERROR_PPP_REQUIRED_ADDRESS_REJECTED The requested address is being
rejected by the server.

736 ERROR_PPP_NCP_TERMINATED The remote computer is
terminating the control
protocol.

737 ERROR_PPP_LOOPBACK_DETECTED There is a loopback detected.

738 ERROR_PPP_NO_ADDRESS_ASSIGNED The server is not assigning an
address.

739 ERROR_CANNOT_USE_LOGON_CREDENTIALS The authentication protocol
required by the remote server
cannot use the Windows NT
encrypted password. Redial, and
then type the password
explicitly.

740 ERROR_TAPI_CONFIGURATION There is an invalid TAPI
configuration.

741 ERROR_NO_LOCAL_ENCRYPTION The local computer does not
support encryption.

742 ERROR_NO_REMOTE_ENCRYPTION The remote server does not
support encryption.

743 ERROR_REMOTE_REQUIRES_ENCRYPTION The remote server requires
encryption.

744 ERROR_IPXCP_NET_NUMBER_CONFLICT Cannot use the IPX network
number assigned by remote
server. Check the event log.

745 ERROR_INVALID_SMM

746 ERROR_SMM_UNINITIALIZED

747 ERROR_NO_MAC_FOR_PORT
