EVERYTHING
The last tip showed you how
to select and work with several databases at once. This is also a way to search
across multiple databases. Press and hold down the Shift key, then click the
icons of the databases you want to search. When done, double-click any database
while continuing to hold down the Shift key. Now enter the search criteria in
the search bar, and Notes searches all the selected databases. However, in
order for this to work, all the selected databases must be fully text indexed
for searching.
