PROTECT YOUR DATA

You can't undo the results of an Action query. If you make a mistake, you're stuck--or are you? Whenever you run an Action query, it's a good idea to protect yourself in one of two ways--or even both ways! First, you should make a copy of the table. That way you can always return to the copy and start over if something goes wrong. Second, before running your Action query, run it as a Select query so you can review the results. If you have a problem, you can spot it, correct it, and then try again without damaging your data.
