OE: Computer Hangs on Send Later Message or Connect To Appears [olexpress]

SYMPTOMS
========

When you compose a message in Offline mode and choose Send Later, your
computer may appear to stop responding (hang), or the Connect To dialog
box may appear.

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur when Outlook Express attempts to create a message
ID, but is unable to do so because you are in Offline mode.

STATUS
======

This problem has been resolved in Outlook Express version 4.01.

Another result of this problem may be a General Protection Fault in
Kernel32 if the spooler is stopped while MSN, The Microsoft Network
sign-in dialog box is open.
